- Q: How are the dollar estimates calculated?
  A: From your own answers (average check, missed calls, review volume, supplier spend) multiplied by simple, conservative assumptions we chose ourselves. They are not industry statistics. Every assumption is listed on our How We Estimate page, and results are shown as ranges, not precise numbers.
- Q: Do I need to be technical?
  A: No. The playbooks use free tools like ChatGPT or Claude with copy-paste prompts, plus the Google Business Profile and Yelp for Business accounts you probably already have.
- Q: Will you post replies or change anything on my accounts?
  A: No. You approve and post everything yourself. We never post on your Google or Yelp profile.
- Q: How much does it cost?

- Q: Is my information stored?
